In 2020, I moved to North Idaho with my family, searching for a place where we could truly feel at home. Spirit Lake was everything I had dreamed of—a small-town community where I could raise my boys and put down roots.

My love for fashion began when I started working in the industry at 18. Over the years, I moved into management before becoming a personal shopper and visual merchandiser. Later, after becoming a mom, I found myself working nights while my boys were still little. Missing bedtime with them every evening was heartbreaking.

Each day on my way to work, I passed a building for lease and began imagining something different for our family. I took the idea of opening a women’s boutique to my mom, my biggest supporter, and prayed about it for months before we made our decision. We took a leap of faith, and God has guided us every step of the way.

Together, we created Tesemini & Company—a place where women can feel confident in their own skin and know they always have somewhere to laugh, cry, shop, and grow alongside us.

Today, my mom brings her creativity and bright spirit to the store through visual merchandising, while I handle the buying and behind-the-scenes work. Together, we make an amazing team, helping women find something special for life’s biggest occasions—or simply offering a listening ear when they need one.
